Description
Being the senior doctor’s main assistant/technician. Assisting in organizing morning palpations, treatments, and data entry as needed. Managing a team to help ensure efficiency and accuracy in the busy, fast-paced environment of the Recipient mare division.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in organizing daily responsibilities
- Data entering information using Wise Option 6
- Administering medications in the muscle and in the vein as instructed by the veterinarian
- Maintaining excellent client relations
- Keeping stock of inventory for daily use
Qualifications
- Detailed Oriented
- Horse handling experience is required.
- Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Efficient on a computer
- Ability to give IM and IV shots
